Mahindra appoints Shveta Arya as Group CSO

Mumbai- Mahindra Group has announced the appointment of Ms. Shveta Arya as Group Chief Strategy Officer, effective 15 September 2026. Following the appointment, she will also become part of the Senior Management of the Company.

The appointment forms part of Mahindra Group’s broader leadership and strategic management framework, with the Group continuing to strengthen its senior management team to support long-term growth, transformation and business priorities.

The company disclosed the appointment in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III and the applicable SEBI Master Circular dated 30 January 2026.
