Mumbai / Tel Aviv- Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd of Mumbai has signed an MoU with Israel's REE Automotive1 to explore development and manufacturing of electric commercial vehicles (ECVs) for global markets.
With this technology partnership, REE will stake its electric vehicle corner module and platform technology that allows integration of powertrain, suspension and steering components in the arch of a vehicle wheel and Mahindra’s contributes its vehicle design, engineering, sourcing capability and manufacturing assets.

Having a partner like Mahindra joining our growing OEM partners network will allow us to drive our EV technology faster and at scale”.
