Mahindra Launches New Thar OG in India

Mumbai- Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., has launched the new Thar OG in India. The new three-door SUV succeeds the Thar launched in 2020 and brings updated design, improved comfort and enhanced off-road capability.

The Thar OG is built on the new M_Glyde 4G platform and gets Rear PENTALINK suspension with Watts Link, DAVINCI damping technology, Electric Power Steering and an Electronic Locking Differential. It also offers Mud, Sand and Snow terrain modes for different driving conditions.

The SUV gets a refreshed exterior with a new grille, circular LED headlamps, C-shaped DRLs, LED fog lamps, new R19 alloy wheels and LED taillamps. It is available in new Artemis Silver and Jeans Blue colours along with six existing colours.

The Thar OG is offered with petrol and diesel engine options, with outputs of up to 119.9 kW and 330 Nm. It also gets updated interior features including Truffle Brown leatherette seats and a second-row armrest with cupholder.
