Mahindra Logistics appoints Sandeep Kulkarni as Head – Fleet & Purchasing; Vishal Sharma to step down as SMP, effective April 17, 2025.

Mumbai- Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL), a service provider and a subsidiary of the Mahindra Group, has announced a significant change in its senior management structure. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kulkarni as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) and Head – Fleet Businesses & Purchasing, effective April 17, 2025.
Mr. Kulkarni brings with him over 20 years of rich experience across retail, e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain management. His career includes leadership roles at top-tier organizations such as Allcargo Logistics, Tata CLiQ, Jio Mart, Amazon Fresh, and L&T Infotech. A former Indian Navy officer, he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Allcargo Logistics, where he led strategic operations and innovation in logistics services.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University, an MBA from Nanyang Business School (Singapore), and has completed advanced executive programs at IIM Lucknow, Wharton (USA), and MIT Sloan (USA).
As part of this organizational restructuring, Mr. Vishal Sharma, currently serving as Vice President – Transportation and Procurement, will cease to be classified as SMP, also effective April 17, 2025. He will, however, continue in his existing role within the company.
Mahindra Logistics continues to strengthen its leadership and strategic direction in line with its long-term vision. The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including transportation, warehousing, in-factory logistics, and last-mile delivery, across industries such as automotive, consumer goods, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and engineering.
