Mumbai- Mahindra & Mahindra Group., has unveiled the Scorpio Classic Boss Edition to mark the 2024 festive season. This special edition SUV boasts dark chrome accents and various cosmetic enhancements to elevate its appeal.

The Boss Edition's exterior is characterized by dark chrome garnishes that accentuate key features such as the grille, headlights, tail lights, fog lamps, and door handles. It also includes a front bumper extender with a silver skid plate, dark chrome surrounds on the bonnet scoop, and carbon-fiber-finished ORVMs. Additionally, the SUV is equipped with blacked-out rear bumper protectors and door visors.

Inside, the Scorpio Classic Boss Edition maintains the dual-tone black and beige dashboard design seen in the standard model, but it introduces all-black seat upholstery for a more refined atmosphere. The overall theme remains a harmonious blend of black and beige.

On the technology front, the SUV features a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic air conditioning, and cruise control. While dual front airbags and rear parking sensors are standard across the Scorpio Classic range, the Boss Edition enhances safety with the addition of a rear parking camera.

Under the hood, the Scorpio Classic Boss Edition is powered by a 2.2-litre diesel engine that delivers 132 PS of power and 300 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Unlike the Scorpio N, the Scorpio Classic is a rear-wheel-drive SUV, with no option for a 4-wheel-drive variant.

Although Mahindra has not yet disclosed the exact pricing for the Boss Edition, the standard Scorpio Classic ranges from Rs. 13.62 lakhs to Rs. 17.42 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Boss Edition is anticipated to be priced toward the upper end of this spectrum.

The Mahindra Scorpio Classic Boss Edition adds a touch of style and enhanced features to the enduring Scorpio lineup, appealing to buyers looking for a festive upgrade. With its dark chrome accents, revamped interiors, and additional technology, the Boss Edition strikes a balance between affordability and premium appeal.
