Mumbai - Mahindra & Mahindra’s Farm Equipment sector has delivered an exceptional performance in November 2025, recording domestic tractor sales of 42,273 units. This marks a substantial 33% year-on-year increase over an estimated 31,746 units sold in November 2024. The strong growth was fueled by festive season demand, improved farm sentiment, and higher crop yields across key agricultural states.
The company also strengthened its global footprint during the month. Tractor exports stood at 1,775 units, up from an estimated 1,632 units in the same period last year, reflecting a steady 9% growth in international markets.
With both domestic and export operations combined, Mahindra’s total tractor sales for November 2025 reached 44,048 units — approximately 32% higher than the 33,378 units recorded in November 2024.
For the year-to-date period ending November 2025, Mahindra registered total tractor sales of 3,74,733 units, demonstrating a strong 19% rise over 3,13,680 units sold during the same timeframe last fiscal year. Domestic sales contributed 3,61,680 units, a healthy 20% jump driven by sustained rural demand. Export volumes climbed to 13,053 units, showing a notable 15% growth compared to FY25 performance.
Mr. Veejay Nakra, President of Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said, “We have sold 42,273 tractors in the domestic market during November 2025, a growth of 33% over last year. This comes on the back of a strong growth of 27% for the festive period of September & October 2025. There is positive sentiment among farmers with record production this kharif season & increase in rabi sowing acreage. Government’s progressive measure of GST rate reduction coupled with higher MSP is leading to positive cash flow for farmers & aiding tractor & farm implements demand. In the exports market, we have sold 1,775 tractors, a growth of 9% over last year.”
With supportive government policies and encouraging agricultural conditions, Mahindra Farm Equipment is well-positioned for further growth in the coming season.
