Jaipur - Mahindra Tractors., a tractor manufacturer, has unveiled a new range of tractors equipped with its advanced mLIFT Precision Hydraulic System. Designed specifically for farming and non-farming applications across Rajasthan, these tractors are manufactured at Mahindra’s facility in Jaipur - the state’s only tractor manufacturing plant.
As Rajasthan’s farmers gear up for the Kharif season, Mahindra’s new mLIFT Precision Hydraulic System is set to boost productivity with advanced load-sensing, variable displacement pumps, and electronic controls for smoother operation. Featured in the Mahindra 275 DI XP Plus, 475 DI MS XP Plus, and 575 DI XP Plus models, these tractors are built for long hours and demanding tasks like land and seedbed preparation. All come with a 6-year standard warranty covering the mLIFT system.
Mahindra 275 DI XP Plus
Powered by a robust 3-cylinder ELS DI engine, this tractor delivers a maximum torque of 152 Nm and a hydraulic lift capacity of 1500 kg. Its wet air cleaner, equipped with a pre-cleaner, protects the engine in Rajasthan’s dusty conditions. With a Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC) of 191 gm/hp-hr, it ensures notable fuel efficiency. A 32.1 LPM hydraulic pump supports efficient operation of various implements. The tractor also features a water-cooled radiator with higher capacity, and both mechanical and power steering options, making it suitable for heavy haulage applications.
Mahindra 475 DI MS XP Plus
Equipped with a powerful 4-cylinder engine producing a maximum torque of 194 Nm and 21% backup torque, this model is engineered for demanding tasks. It comes with dual-acting power steering, a durable gear shift system offering 8 forward and 2 reverse gears, and large 13.6 x 28 rear tyres for better traction and stability. Its wet air cleaner with pre-cleaner ensures engine health, while the high-capacity water-cooled radiator keeps operations smooth even in extreme heat. Additional features include the YCV option (for adjustable PTO speed) and design enhancements for greater stability during transport.
Mahindra 575 DI XP Plus
Built for heavy-duty applications, this model delivers a maximum torque of 207 Nm and a backup torque of 15%. Its low SFC of 185 gm/hp-hr translates to substantial fuel savings over long hours of operation. The tractor offers a hydraulic lift capacity of 1500 kg and benefits from Mahindra’s advanced mLIFT system, which ensures precise depth and smooth lifting. Like its counterparts, it features a wet air cleaner with a pre-cleaner, an upgraded water-cooled radiator, and the YCV option. Its design also prioritizes stability in haulage work.
With these Rajasthan-made tractors, Mahindra aims to support farmers in improving operational efficiency and crop productivity while keeping running costs in check. By combining modern hydraulic technology with robust engine performance, Mahindra Tractors reaffirms its commitment to serving the evolving needs of farmers in one of India’s key agricultural states.
