Munich, Germany- MAN Truck & Bus SE., is receiving a comprehensive model upgrade in which the MAN TGE will set new standards in terms of safety and driver comfort in the van segment. For this reason, the van from MAN Truck & Bus is being given the fitting by-name "Next Level." The MAN TGE Next Level models will begin rolling off the production line in May 2024.
The primary comfort focus will be on the new dashboard with a digital instrument display. The interior features a large display for vehicle function control and the MAN Media Van infotainment system with a 10.4-inch display. Additional upgrades include MAN Media Van Navigation and MAN Media Van Navigation Business, both with added features like voice control, web radio, media streaming, and Alexa integration. The Business version includes a 12.9-inch screen.

These enhancements aim to improve efficiency and driver comfort for TGE users. Furthermore, cup holders, storage compartments, and a cell phone compartment with inductive charging function add to the convenience.
Mr. Martin Imhoff, Head of Van Product Marketing at MAN Truck & Bus, said that, Driving manners, craftsmanship, and aesthetics are on par with passenger Vehicles in the TGE's current model. This road is steadily being followed with the new driver's workplace in the cab of the MAN Transporter. "The music is playing inside and under the hood with this model year upgrade. It's also really loud. We don't want to give away too many specifics about the MAN TGE Next Level just yet, but our clients can anticipate a van that will set a new standard for comfort and safety.
With this model upgrade, the hardware for the MAN TGE Next Level will also receive a new generation of control components, sensors, and cameras. The E/E architecture underwent a significant overhaul in the same stage. This will allow for remarkable advancements to be made in the area of aid and safety systems, allowing for the availability of fully new assistance systems as well as upgraded systems in the MAN TGE Next Level. With these improvements, the MAN van will improve the safety of both its passengers and other road users because several support systems, such as the Active Lane Guard System, Fatigue Detection, and Parking Assist, will be included for the first time as standard equipment.
