He aims to lead Marelli's growth in China's automotive market, focusing on innovation, financial performance, and employee engagement. Based in Shanghai, he will report to Marelli's CEO and serve on the China Board reporting to the Chairman.
Mr. Shen had an impressive career in the automotive and technology sectors, holding key roles at companies like Harman International, Magna Electronics, Siemens VDO, and DSP Technology. His experience spans from senior positions to Chief Technology Officer roles, showcasing his expertise in both technology and management within the industry.
