Mr. Luis Felli, Senior Vice President & General Manager Massey Ferguson, said, “I want to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Thierry for his contributions to AGCO. His vision will continue to inspire the brand as we move forward. Thierry will stay in the organization until the end of August, which will allow a good handover with his successor, added Luis Felli. “Effective immediately, I am pleased to announce that Marco Mazzaferri is being promoted to Vice President & Managing Director Massey Ferguson EME.”
Marco Mazzaferri, who takes over as Vice President & Managing Director Massey Ferguson EME, joined AGCO in 2015 in Italy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Perugia.
In addition to his new leadership role, Marco will be appointed President of AGCO SAS and AGCO Distribution SAS, a Member of the AGCO Finance France Supervisory Board, and Chairman of AGCO France’s Central Workers Councils.
His priorities include expanding Massey Ferguson’s market share, driving regional growth, and enhancing profitability.
This leadership transition signals a new chapter for Massey Ferguson in the EME region, with a continued focus on innovation, customer value, and operational excellence.
