The Board of Directors, together with the Mazer family, has unanimously appointed Ben Voss as the new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 5, 2026.

Ben Voss brings over 25 years of executive experience spanning agriculture, manufacturing, technology, and large-scale project management. His extensive industry knowledge, proven record of strategic growth, and history of building strong, high-performing teams make him exceptionally qualified to lead Mazergroup into its next chapter. With a background in engineering, corporate governance, innovation, and global business development, Ben’s expertise aligns closely with the vision and values that have guided Mazergroup since its founding.
