Pennsylvania, USA - McLanahan Corporation., has introduced the Renew Impact Crusher, designed for construction and demolition (C&D) recycling and virgin aggregate production.

The crusher can process materials such as asphalt, concrete and rubble, offering flexibility for both recycling operations and aggregate production.

The Renew Impact Crusher features a 36 × 52-inch feed opening capable of handling 24-inch feed material, producing output sizes from 6 inches to ¾ inch, depending on application requirements.

It is equipped with a 47 × 51-inch heavy-duty four-bar rotor and a maintenance-friendly hammer retaining system. The hammer design helps maintain consistent production while extending wear life and reducing material waste.

The crusher chamber geometry distributes material evenly to support consistent wear and stable production. Access points and inspection doors are positioned around the machine to simplify maintenance and reduce downtime.

The Renew Impact Crusher is available in skidded or portable plant configurations, with the portable option designed for easier transport between job sites.
