Anniston, Alabama - Mecbo America., a division of Blastcrete Equipment LLC and a concrete pumps provider, has introduced Cartrack P6 and P7 tracked concrete pumps to the U.S. market, designed to offer high mobility and maneuverability on job sites, even in challenging, muddy conditions. The pumps combine either electric or diesel power with a crawler undercarriage, allowing them to efficiently tackle demanding construction tasks.

The P6 and P7 models are equipped with 150-horsepower and 180-horsepower engines, respectively, enabling them to pump concrete at impressive volumes ranging from 104 to 144 cubic yards per hour. These pumps feature a durable toggle radio remote control, capable of withstanding concrete-covered gloves, providing smooth handling and efficient operation.

A standout feature of both models is the Pulsar pump system, which employs a long stroke design to push more concrete with less movement. This reduces wear and tear, while minimizing pressure fluctuations during long-distance pumping, making the pumps suitable for continuous flight augering, drilling, tunneling, and commercial construction applications.

The Cartrack series also offers optional enhancements, including a water pump, compressor, hopper screen vibrator for harsh mixes, and additional pipelines and accessories for specialized projects. The pumps are designed for easy maintenance with access hatches that simplify routine servicing.

While the crawler undercarriage comes standard, customers can also opt for wheels or trucks. For the diesel models, a soundproofing option is available, ensuring quieter operation.

Safety has been prioritized in the design, with a walkway featuring steps, handrails, and lights. Mecbo America, a division of Blastcrete Equipment, services all products through trained technicians and application specialists, with common wear parts stocked at Blastcrete’s facility in Anniston, Alabama.

The introduction of the Cartrack pumps marks a significant step for Mecbo America in providing rugged, efficient concrete pumping solutions to the U.S. market.
