Mechan International has acquired a majority stake in Italy's Busato Macchine Agricole Srl, advancing its strategy to expand across Europe.

Netherlands, Europe - Mechan International Pvt Ltd., an agricultural equipment manufacturer, has acquired a majority stake in Busato Macchine Agricole Srl., an agricultural machinery dealer from Italy. This acquisition aligns with Mechan International’s strategic plan to expand its footprint across Europe.
