Muncy, Pennsylvania – Medico Construction Equipment Inc., a construction equipment dealer, has opened its new facility in Muncy, Pennsylvania, expanding its service coverage across 14 counties in north and central Pennsylvania.
More than 200 guests attended the grand opening event on April 30, 2026, which featured equipment displays, facility tours and a celebration of the company’s long history.
Founded in 1937, Medico began as Medico Electric Motor Co. in Pittston, Pennsylvania, serving the mining industry. Nearly nine decades later, the company continues to operate with a strong focus on family values, teamwork, customer satisfaction and service.
The new Muncy branch opened in October 2025 on nearly seven acres and includes a 5,000-square-foot facility. The location currently employs four people and is led by Branch Manager Logan Dorwart, with Santino Medico serving as territory manager.
Medico has been a Case Construction Equipment dealer since 1955 and remains one of the brand’s long-standing partners. The new facility also offers equipment from Takeuchi, Wacker Neuson, Vacall, Epiroc, Soosan, Schwarze and JLG.
The Muncy branch marks another step in Medico Construction Equipment’s continued growth while strengthening its support for customers across Pennsylvania.
