Nottingham, UK – Merlo UK Ltd., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has appointed Henton & Chattell Ltd., as an authorised dealer, strengthening its distribution network across the Midlands and East Midlands. The Nottingham-based company will operate from newly acquired premises in Newark, Nottinghamshire, previously occupied by Farmstar.
Founded in 1931, Henton & Chattell has built a reputation for quality and service in professional groundcare and garden machinery. Since becoming a Kubota dealer in 2023, the business has rapidly expanded its agricultural portfolio, making the partnership with Merlo a strategic next step.
With more than 11,000 square metres of warehousing, a workforce of around 100, and a strong customer base, Henton & Chattell is well-positioned to represent Merlo’s premium range of telehandlers in the region.
