Ringwood, Hampshire - Merlo UK Ltd., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, returns to the Royal Welsh Show 2025 with a refreshed and dynamic display of its latest agricultural and construction machinery. Located at Avenue F, the stand highlights Merlo’s continued commitment to innovation, comfort, safety, and sustainability across a broad range of equipment designed for farms, job sites, and contractors alike.
Among the machines on display is the award-winning eWorker 25.5-90, Merlo’s fully electric telehandler that earned the prestigious RHASS Gold Award. With a 2.5-tonne lift capacity, 5-meter lift height, and an 8-hour runtime, the four-wheel-drive eWorker is purpose-built for zero-emission performance in sensitive environments such as livestock barns, greenhouses, and indoor construction sites.
Leading the agricultural lineup is the TF42.7CS, a high-capacity machine suited for large-scale farm operations. Offering a 4.2-tonne lift capacity and 7-meter reach, it’s powered by a 136hp Perkins engine and features a 139 l/min load-sensing hydraulic pump. Operator comfort is prioritized with Merlo’s signature cab suspension (CS) system, ideal for long hours in the field or yard.
For those requiring similar comfort in a slightly more compact form, Merlo presents the TF35.7CS. Equipped with a 136hp Deutz engine, 3.5-tonne capacity, and 6.5-meter lift height, this model delivers strong performance with the same advanced suspension system in a smaller footprint.
Also featured is the powerful TF50.8T HF, tailored for high-output operations. With a 5-tonne lift capacity and 7.8-meter reach, this model is driven by a 170hp FPT engine and benefits from high-flow hydraulics, boom suspension for load stability, and optional cab suspension for increased comfort during transport and rough terrain work.
Whether upgrading your agricultural fleet or seeking advanced material handling solutions, Merlo’s display at Avenue F offers a firsthand look at the future of performance, comfort, and sustainable design.
