Espoo, Finland – Metso., a crushers and screening equipment provider, has expanded its screening portfolio with the launch of the new Grande Series, a high-performance range of stationary screens designed to meet the most demanding requirements in mining and aggregates operations. The Grande Series represents a major step forward in delivering higher productivity, improved efficiency and greater operational flexibility for customers operating in high-capacity, continuous-duty environments.
The Grande Series covers three new stationary screen types—GLH, GMF and GFF—engineered to handle challenging applications around the clock. With significantly larger screen sizes, the new range allows customers to achieve higher throughput, reduce downtime and optimize plant performance, supporting long-term operational and business goals.
The GLH Series horizontal screens are designed for heavy-duty applications such as slurry and water handling in demanding mining environments, while the GMF Series multi-slope banana screens provide high-capacity screening of fine and near-size materials. The GFF Series, featuring flip-flow technology, enables efficient screening of difficult materials and fine separations, further strengthening Metso’s position as a comprehensive screening solutions provider.
Mr. Michael Gyberg, Vice President, Capital Equipment Business, Screening at Metso, said “The Grande Series is the result of continuous portfolio development. By expanding the offering with larger screens, lighter-duty options and new flip-flow technology, Metso aims to support the most demanding applications while strengthening its position in the growing global screening market.”
The Grande Series will be available globally, with external launches of the GLH and GMF Series in early December 2025. The GFF Series is scheduled to be available to customers by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
