India - JSW MG Motor has launched the highly anticipated MG Cyberster, India’s first all-electric roadster, under its newly unveiled premium brand channel, MG Select. Offered at an introductory price of ₹72.49 lakh for pre-reserved customers and ₹74.99 lakh for new buyers (ex-showroom, India), the Cyberster is priced approximately between $89,000 and $92,000 USD.
Powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup with a 77 kWh CATL NMC battery, the Cyberster generates a staggering 510 PS (503 bhp) and 725 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, supports launch control, and offers an MIDC-certified range of 580 km.
Sporting a futuristic design with scissor doors, a power-operated soft-top roof, and aerodynamic styling with a 0.269 Cd drag coefficient, the Cyberster blends classic roadster DNA with EV innovation. The cockpit is driver-focused with a quad-screen setup, including a 10.25-inch central touchscreen and three additional 7-inch digital panels. Interior finishes feature vegan leather, Dinamica suede, and BOSE audio.
The Cyberster is equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), electronic differential lock, electronic stability control, and four-piston Brembo brakes offering a stopping distance of 33 meters from 100 km/h. A Static Stability Factor of 1.83 ensures superior rollover protection.
Bookings are now open, with deliveries expected to begin August 10, 2025, through 13 exclusive MG Select showrooms in cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
