Cincinnati, OHIO - Miniloaders.com., an intrepid loaders distributor, has expanded its compact wheel loader lineup with the new KM180 Tele model, featuring a 2,535-pound capacity.
The KM180 Tele’s standout feature is its telescoping boom, which extends up to 10.8 feet, allowing operators to easily load materials into trailers, dumpsters, or over fences. Powered by a 43-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine and equipped with four independent hydraulic wheel motors, the loader delivers strong torque for lifting and carrying heavy loads simultaneously.
Operator controls are streamlined through a joystick that manages forward, reverse, auxiliary hydraulics, and boom functions. Foot pedals serve as inching and throttle controls, while a hand throttle enables manual RPM adjustment. The loader’s hydraulic hold/detent system makes it well-suited for rotary attachments such as augers, sweepers, and cutters. Additionally, a skid steer quick-attach plate lets users utilize existing attachments.
Measuring 10.6 feet long and 59 inches wide, the KM180 Tele is compact and easy to transport between jobsites. Its zero tail-swing design, achieved by placing the operator’s seat above the engine, greatly improves rear visibility, enhancing safety and maneuverability, according to Chris Sleurink, owner of Intrepid Loaders USA.
For rough or uneven terrain, an optional dual-wheel system doubles the wheels on each front hub, increasing loader width to 75 inches and improving stability while reducing ground pressure, a key benefit for green industry professionals aiming to minimize lawn damage. Additional options include counterweights and a climate-controlled cabin with heating and air conditioning.
Intrepid Loaders, built by Belgian manufacturer Geens Brothers and sold under the Knikmops brand in Europe, have been available in the U.S. since 2018. Alongside the KM180 Tele, Miniloaders.com offers four other models: KM85, KM100 Tele, KM130 Tele, and KM250 Tele, distributed nationwide through their Cincinnati, Ohio headquarters and authorized dealers.
