The deal includes Truck Mobil’s two locations in the Ascoli Piceno province, San Benedetto del Tronto and Monteprandone, marking Mollo Group’s debut in the Marche region.
Founded in 2000, Truck Mobil has earned strong customer trust in the rental of aerial work platforms, lifting equipment, and earthmoving machinery. Guided by Ezio Testa and his family, the company has become a key partner to businesses in construction, transportation, plant engineering, maintenance, and gardening. Its service model emphasizes technical expertise, operator-supported rentals, and reliable on-site assistance.
The acquisition aligns with Mollo Group’s fast-paced external growth strategy led by Mauro and Roberto Mollo, aimed at building a stronger national presence and enhancing equipment availability and service responsiveness across Italy.
