Mumbai- Montra Electric is the brand name for TI Clean Mobility Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Murugappa Group, has entered into a strategic partnership with Magenta Mobility through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aiming to accelerate the adoption of sustainable logistics solutions across the country. As part of the collaboration, Montra Electric’s small commercial vehicle division, TIVOLT Electric Vehicles, will supply 100 units of its Eviator E350L electric vehicle to Magenta Mobility for deployment in key logistics sectors.
The MoU was signed by Saju Nair, CEO of TIVOLT Electric Private Limited, and Maxson Lewis, MD & CEO of Magenta Mobility. This partnership will enhance Magenta’s capabilities in delivering efficient, eco-friendly logistics solutions to clients in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), grocery, e-commerce, and telecom sectors.
The Eviator E350L—unveiled recently at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo—boasts industry-leading performance, advanced software-defined vehicle (SDV) architecture, and integrated telematics. Montra Electric will also offer customized service and charging support to ensure maximum fleet uptime and operational efficiency.
Together, the two companies will focus on increasing vehicle range, enabling intercity operations, and improving driver safety and comfort. As the demand for dependable EV logistics solutions rises, this alliance aims to set new benchmarks for performance, reliability, and sustainability in the sector.
