Haryana - Montra Electric Tractors., a part of TI Clean Mobility Private Limited (TICMPL), has launched the E-27 Electric Tractor at the Krishi Darshan Expo 2025 in Hisar, Haryana. This eco-friendly, cost-effective tractor runs on electricity instead of diesel, offering farmers a sustainable alternative.
The Montra E-27 Electric Tractor features a 27hp electric motor and is available in 2WD and 4WD models. It runs on a 22.37 kWh LFP Prismatic cell battery with 72V charging, offering fast charging and long working hours based on workload and soil conditions.
The E-27 features a side-shift transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears for smooth movement on various terrains. This system improves ergonomics, allowing easier gear shifting and more comfortable operation. Its hydraulic system lifts up to 720 kg, making it ideal for heavy loads and farm implements.
The E-27 Electric Tractor features a Power Take-Off (PTO) system with 540 and 1000 RPM speeds, delivering 22.16 hp for efficient implement use. It’s equipped with agricultural tyres for better grip and an electric motor that reduces noise and vibration for a smoother ride.
The E-27 Electric Tractor eliminates diesel use, ensuring zero emissions and a pollution-free farming experience. Its low vibrations reduce wear and tear, lowering maintenance costs.
