Mumbai- Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited., a provider of wiring harness and electrical distribution systems for vehicles, a jointly owned by Samvardhana Motherson and Sumitomo Wiring Systems, has announced the appointment of Mr. Gulshan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective July 2, 2025. This appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at their meeting held on the same day.
Mr. Gulshan is a seasoned finance professional and a Chartered Accountant accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kurukshetra University. With over 14 years of experience, his expertise spans statutory audits, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, internal controls, SOX compliance, corporate restructuring, and governance. His cross-functional knowledge is particularly strong in the automotive sector.
Prior to joining MSWIL, Mr. Gulshan served as Director Assurance Services at a leading Big 4 accounting firm. He played a key role in several high-impact projects including IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, due diligence, digital finance transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
