Foster City, United States- Motiv Power Systems Inc., a manufacturer of medium duty electric trucks and buses, has announced the appointment Mr. Vince Mariano as head of Corporate Strategy and Development.

Mariano will drive strategic planning, growth, and corporate development, focusing on making fleet electrification easier and more cost-effective.

With over a decade of experience in EV charging, fleet management, and business consulting, he previously led North American Fleet Sales for trucks and buses at ChargePoint and managed fleet growth strategy and go-to-market execution.

Before ChargePoint, Mariano held leadership roles at WEX in customer experience, corporate strategy, and portfolio risk. He began his career in growth strategy consulting at Beacon Group (Accenture).

He holds a BA in Sociology/Anthropology and Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA in Data Analytics from UNC Kenan-Flagler.
