Pennsylvania, USA - New Holland Agriculture., a brand of CNH Industrial and a farm machinery manufacturer, has updated its Model Year 2027 Roll-Belt 1 Series round balers with improved durability, enhanced net-wrap protection and new operator technology.

The balers feature larger rollers and stronger bearings in key wear areas, including the tailgate, back-wrap and follower rollers, to improve reliability in demanding conditions.

A new net protection system for 5x6 models uses electro-hydraulic belt-tension control during bale ejection. When the tailgate opens, belt tension is reduced to prevent net damage and minimize rebaling, particularly in straw and heavy cornstalk residue.

The updated range also introduces the Bale Command 8 colour touchscreen and a factory-fit IntelliBale automation option, reducing dealer setup time and allowing operators to access automation features immediately.

New Holland has also renamed the Roll-Belt 561 configurations as Hay Special, Specialty Crop, Silage Special and Bale-Slice to help producers select the right baler for their applications.
