Turin, Italy - New Holland., an agricultural machinery brand under CNH Industrial N.V., has announced that Russells Ltd., a New Holland dealer based in North Yorkshire, has acquired the neighbouring dealership Robert D Webster Ltd. The acquisition marks a strategic expansion for Russells, further solidifying its footprint in the region.

Russells currently manages nine New Holland depots spanning Yorkshire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire. Through this acquisition, Russells will now incorporate Webster’s depots at Owstwick, near Hull, and Hutton Cranswick, close to Driffield, into its already successful and expanding agricultural operations. This integration will enable Russells to provide enhanced service and greater local expertise to farmers and customers across these areas.

Many of Webster’s experienced staff will join Russells, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support for existing customers. This move highlights Russells’ commitment to customer care and operational excellence while expanding its regional presence. By integrating Webster’s depots and team, Russells strengthens its ability to serve local farming communities with trusted expertise and access to New Holland’s top-tier agricultural machinery.

Mr. Paul Russell, CEO of Russells Ltd, said, “We are thrilled to welcome the teams from Owstwick and Hutton Cranswick. This expansion brings both new challenges and opportunities, aligning perfectly with our commitment to local staff serving local customers. We look forward to working closely with our new colleagues and customers as we grow our business in partnership with New Holland.”

Mr. David Rapkins, CNH Business Director UK & ROI, said, “Congratulations to Russells on their continued expansion, which reflects the strength of our dealer network. We thank Jackie Thompson, Robert Webster, and their team for their many years of dedicated service and look forward to supporting Russells and all New Holland customers in the region.”

Overall, this acquisition marks a significant step in Russells Ltd’s growth strategy, strengthening its regional network and positioning the company for future success within the competitive agricultural dealership market.
