Turin, Italy - New Holland Construction., a construction equipment manufacturer, has expanded its electric equipment lineup with the launch of the E25X Electric Mini Excavator and C314X Electric Mini Track Loader, offering contractors zero-emission, low-noise solutions for modern jobsites. The new machines are designed for projects where environmental regulations, indoor operations or noise restrictions limit the use of traditional diesel-powered equipment.
The E25X Electric Mini Excavator is a 2.5-ton machine powered by a 102-volt lithium-ion battery with 32.2 kWh capacity. It features a 240-volt onboard charging system that enables a full recharge in about nine hours, while a 20–80% charge takes around five hours. Depending on the application, the machine provides four to eight hours of runtime. Weighing approximately 5,200 pounds and offering an 8-foot digging depth, the excavator is suited for utility work, plumbing, foundation projects and demolition. It includes Eco, Standard and Power operating modes, electro-hydraulic controls and compatibility with multiple attachments such as hammers, augers and buckets.
The C314X Electric Mini Track Loader is powered by a 102-volt lithium-ion battery with 23.5 kWh capacity, delivering a full charge in about eight hours. The loader is available in narrow or wide track configurations with rubber or optional non-marking tracks. It features Eco, Standard and Power motor speed modes, 14 gpm auxiliary hydraulics, a 14-pin electrical connection for advanced attachments, and enhanced LED lighting for improved visibility.
