Uruguay, South America - New Holland., a CNH brand and agricultural machinery company, expands innovative dealership concept in Uruguay with Corporación de Maquinaria SA. The first Smart Dealer, dedicated entirely to customer experience, was inaugurated with Carlo Lambro, Global President, and Eduardo Luis, Regional Vice President for Latin America.
The new Smart Dealer in Salto spans 1,400 square meters, featuring highly trained staff for efficient customer service. It also incorporates sustainable initiatives, including electric forklifts, an electronic filing system, LED lighting, and used oil collection systems.
Mr. Juliano Mendonca, New Holland marketing manager for Latin America, said, “This inauguration is a new opportunity for New Holland in the region and especially in Uruguay. The new dealership concept that we have been implementing demonstrates our interest in strengthening the bond with customers, accompanying them at all times and providing them with the best tools to achieve their goals.”
Mr. Ignacio Erro, Commercial Manager of COMASA, said, “We are celebrating 30 years as a company, and this anniversary comes with the satisfaction of having overcome a challenging year. We decided to open the branch in Salto in the midst of the drought in 2023 because we trust in the potential of the sector and its ability to recover.”
The new dealership concept integrates commercial offices, a workshop, spare parts warehouse, Intelligence Centre, and a cafeteria, enhancing customer engagement and service efficiency.
A key feature of Smart Dealers is the Intelligence Centre, which enables remote monitoring and management of agricultural machinery. This allows real-time issue anticipation, helping optimize time and resources for producers.
