Hannover, Germany - New Holland Agriculture., a brand of CNH Industrial N.V., and an agricultural equipment manufacturer, has unveiled its next-generation Roll-Belt variable-chamber round balers, the 180 PLUS and 150 PLUS, at Agritechnica 2025. The new models produce bales up to 1.8 meters and 1.5 meters in diameter, offering enhanced technology, durability, and connectivity to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
The Roll-Belt PLUS series features ISOBUS connectivity, enabling New Holland’s IntelliBale technology, which automates the Stop-Wrap-Eject-Start sequence to boost operator productivity. The updated IntelliView IV Plus touchscreen provides intuitive access to key functions, while the IntelliView 12 monitor offers advanced multi-touch capability and integration with New Holland’s FieldOps platform for remote bale tracking and data access.
Built for durability, the PLUS balers include a new roll design with 3.5 times thicker material, triple-lip seal bearings for protection against contaminants, and upgraded high-tensile chains on Rotor Cutter and Rotor Feeder models.
Agritechnica 2025 also marked the European debut of Nature’s Net Wrap, a compostable bale wrap developed by a Canadian start-up and supported by CNH Industrial. Made from plant-based biopolymers, Nature’s Net Wrap offers the same strength and durability as traditional plastic wrap but is fully compostable, reducing environmental impact. The wrap is compatible with all round baler makes and models and is available in 122cm or 129.5cm-wide rolls of 1,219 meters.
