South Korea- NEXEN TIRE Corporation, a leading global tire manufacturer, has announced a significant expansion of its original equipment (OE) tire partnerships, supplying high-performance and summer tires to several major European carmakers.
The company's flagship ultra-high-performance (UHP) tire, the N’FERA RU1, is now being equipped on the Porsche Macan in sizes 235/55R19 101Y and 255/50R19 103Y, following its previous use on the Porsche Cayenne.
Optimized for high-speed driving, the N’FERA RU1 features 3D-Nano Grip Technology, aramid hybrid capply cord, and special bead filler compound, delivering superior cornering and braking performance. It has also received nine international design awards, including the 2017 Red Dot Design Award and Japan’s Good Design Award.

In addition, NEXEN’s N’blue HD Plus tires have been chosen as OE for several popular European models:
- Volkswagen: Polo (215/45R17 91W), T-Roc (205/60R16 92V and 215/60R16 95V)
- SEAT: Ibiza and Ateca (215/45R17 91W, 215/60R16 95V)
- Škoda: Superb and Karoq (215/60R16 95V)
