Schmitt will oversee sales, commercial operations, dealerships, service, customer success, and marketing, aligning efforts to scale the company's business.

With decades of leadership experience, he previously served as CEO of Forward Air, Schenker, Purolator, and FedEx Supply Chain. Schmitt has driven significant growth in each role, including tripling Forward Air's share price during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also holds board positions with companies like Ferguson plc and is deeply committed to community engagement. Schmitt earned his MBA as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and co-authored the management guide “Simple Solutions.”
