Latin American- Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has announced the global debut of its new SUV, the Nissan Kait. Aimed at customers who want a stylish yet practical SUV, the Kait offers a spacious cabin, comprehensive safety equipment, and thoughtful packaging. Its 432-liter trunk capacity is designed to comfortably accommodate everyday cargo needs while enhancing overall driving convenience and peace of mind.

Positioned as a key addition to Nissan’s SUV lineup, the Kait will join the all-new Kicks and Magnite, models that have already reshaped the brand’s presence in the LATAM region. Production of the Kait will take place at Nissan’s Resende Industrial Complex in Brazil, which will serve as the hub for exports to more than 20 international markets.

Mr. Guy Rodríguez, President of Nissan Latin America, said, the Kait draws on Nissan’s global know-how in developing SUVs tailored to local customer expectations, reinforcing the brand’s role in a fast-growing and highly competitive segment. He emphasized that launching and manufacturing the vehicle first in Brazil and broader Latin America underscores the importance of the region, and expressed confidence that customers will appreciate the Kait’s robustness, reliability, and quality, inherited from Nissan’s proven SUV platform. Additional details and technical specifications will be revealed at the official launch in each respective market.
