Bengaluru -Oben Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd., a electric motorcycle manufacturer, has launched the Rorr EVO electric motorcycle, focusing on performance, fast charging, and AI-driven riding technology for the Indian market. Bookings are now open, and test rides along with deliveries are scheduled to begin in June 2026 across more than 150 showrooms in India.
The Rorr EVO offers a claimed top speed of 110 km/h and an IDC-certified range of 180 km. It can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 3 seconds and supports fast charging from 0 to 80% in 90 minutes using the company’s fast charger.
The motorcycle is powered by an IP68-rated 9 kW electric motor, paired with a 3.4 kWh LFP battery and a single-stage chain drive. The battery is placed inside a durable aluminium casing and comes with an 8-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability.
A key highlight of the Rorr EVO is SmartIQ, an AI-based ride mode that adjusts power delivery based on riding patterns. According to the company, this feature can improve the riding range by up to 15%.
The bike also features a 5-inch colour TFT display with navigation and smartphone connectivity. Additional app-based features include ride history, geo-fencing, remote diagnostics, theft protection, and live vehicle tracking through the ‘Find My Rorr’ feature. The company also offers 24×7 service support and access to a 68,000+ charging network.
Ms. Madhumita Agrawal, Founder and CEO of Oben Electric, said, that electric motorcycling in India is entering a new phase, where riders are beginning to see electric vehicles as motorcycles rather than just alternatives. She added that the Rorr EVO is designed as a complete product to deliver real-world performance and accelerate the shift toward electric mobility.
