Bhubaneswar- Oben Electric Vehicles Private Limited., an electric motorcycle brand, has marked its entry into Eastern India with the inauguration of a new showroom and service center in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This strategic expansion takes Oben’s total retail footprint to 37 showrooms across 26 cities, with an ambitious target of crossing 100 showrooms nationwide by the end of the year.
Odisha is emerging as a key EV destination, driven by favorable government policies and increasing demand for high-performance electric two-wheelers. The newly launched Bhubaneswar facility promises a cutting-edge customer experience, featuring interactive engagement zones like Moto Live and Moto X. Additionally, Oben Care, the brand's dedicated service wing, offers doorstep service and roadside assistance (RSA), backed by an in-house supply of critical spare parts to ensure prompt service delivery.
At the center of this rollout is the Oben Rorr EZ, a premium, performance-focused electric motorcycle fully designed and manufactured in India. Available in three battery capacities—2.6 kWh, 3.4 kWh, and 4.4 kWh—the Rorr EZ features advanced LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology, delivering up to 175 km IDC-certified range, superior thermal management, and double the battery life. It accelerates from 0–40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, reaches a top speed of 95 km/h, and supports fast charging up to 80% in just 45 minutes.
As part of a special launch offer, early buyers of the Rorr EZ at the Bhubaneswar showroom will receive a complimentary gold coin with their purchase.
