      New Delhi -Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM)., an Indian electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, has raised ₹50 crore in fresh funding to expand its manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, enhance its dealer and service network, and accelerate the rollout of next-generation electric mobility solutions.

      Dr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said, “This investment reflects the confidence investors have in our vision, execution, and long-term strategy. As India’s EV market enters its next phase of growth, we remain committed to delivering sustainable mobility solutions and creating long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors.”

      OSM operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune and is expanding its presence across electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers, and electric light commercial vehicles.

      The company reported approximately ₹333 crore in revenue, ₹7.3 crore in profit after tax, and a 7.7% EBITDA margin in FY26. The latest funding is expected to support OSM’s growth strategy and strengthen its position in India’s electric commercial vehicle market.
