Oxbo Appoints Mike Flatt as President of Forage Division

Marshfield, Wisconsin – Oxbo International Corporation., an agricultural equipment company, has announced the appointment of Mike Flatt as President of its Forage Division, effective August 11, 2025. Based in Marshfield, Flatt will be responsible for leading the division’s global forage equipment operations and driving its strategic growth.

Flatt brings with him significant leadership and industry experience. Over the past six years, he served as President and CEO of Hardi North America, a subsidiary of the French industrial group Exel Industries, where he successfully managed a network of more than 100 distribution channel partners across the U.S. and Canada. In parallel, he held responsibility for Sales and Marketing at Equipment Technologies, another Exel subsidiary, where he improved operational efficiency and leveraged synergies to strengthen performance.

Mike’s deep knowledge of agricultural equipment and proven track record in executive leadership make the right choice to advance our forage division.

With his background in building distribution networks and enhancing operational performance, Flatt is expected to play a key role in supporting Oxbo’s commitment to providing innovative forage solutions to farmers worldwide.
