Bergen, New York – Oxbo International Corporation., an agricultural equipment manufacturer, is set to celebrate the grand opening of its new 200,000 sq ft advanced manufacturing facility in Bergen, New York, on April 16, 2026.
The new facility marks a major milestone in Oxbo’s North American expansion and reinforces its long-term commitment to high-value crop equipment manufacturing, customer support, and agricultural technology innovation.
The Bergen site will design and manufacture harvesters for specialty crops including seed corn, sweet corn, green beans, and peas. The facility features a fully integrated laser-based fabrication center, robotic and manual welding operations, powder and liquid finishing systems, multiple mixed-model assembly lines, a large product showroom, and an outdoor test track for demonstrations, training, and equipment testing.
The opening ceremony will include a ribbon-cutting event, guided tours, and participation from state and local leaders, community partners, customers, employees, and retired staff.
Joe Perzia, President of Oxbo’s High Value Crop Division, said the transition from the company’s former Byron, New York facility to the purpose-built Bergen site will help Oxbo deliver more innovative products and stronger customer support.
Roel Zeevat, CEO of Oxbo, said the new facility reflects the company’s focus on sustainable, long-term growth and will provide the space and capabilities needed to support innovation, collaboration, and customer success.
The Bergen facility is expected to house approximately 250 employees across manufacturing, engineering, training, and administrative roles, further strengthening Oxbo’s presence in New York State and its role in advanced agricultural equipment manufacturing.
