Noida/New Delhi - The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, held from January 17 to 22, was organized by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. It took place at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, and the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida. The event showcased electric, hybrid, and alternative-fuel passenger vehicles, with a focus on innovations in urban mobility solutions.

 

Hyundai Motor Company of Haryana, an automotive manufacturer, showcased the Creta, Staria and Ioniq 9.

Hyundai Creta Flex Fuel features a 1.0L turbo engine delivering 118 bhp and 172 Nm torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic. It can run on ethanol blends from E0 to E100 and retains the same design as the standard Creta. It’s expected to launch soon, pending infrastructure readiness.

Hyundai Creta Electric offers two battery options: a 42 kWh (390 km range) and a 51.4 kWh (473 km range). It features a 135 PS or 171 PS motor, supports DC fast charging (10-80% in 58 min), and comes with premium features like a panoramic sunroof and powered driver seat.

Hyundai Staria MPV comes with 3.5L petrol (272 PS) or 2.2L diesel (175 PS, AWD) engine options. It offers 7, 9, or 11-seat configurations, an 8-speed automatic transmission, and premium features like panoramic windows, a touchscreen infotainment system, and advanced safety tech.

Hyundai Ioniq 9 is a three-row electric SUV with a 110.3 kWh battery, offering up to 620 km range (WLTP). It comes in RWD and AWD variants, with a 0-100 km/h time as quick as 5.2 seconds. Premium features include swiveling seats, massage functions, and fast charging (10-80% in 24 min).

 

BMW AG of Haryana, a luxury vehicles company, showcased the various range of passenger vehicles.

All-new BMW X3 offers two engine options: the X3 xDrive30i with a 2.0L turbo (248 hp) and the X3 M50i with a 3.0L turbo inline-6 (382 hp). It features all-wheel drive, a 0-60 mph time of 4.4 seconds (M50i), and 31.5 cubic feet of cargo space. Fuel economy is 21 mpg city/26 mpg highway.

BMW i7 is an electric luxury sedan with options including the i7 eDrive50 (449 hp), i7 xDrive60 (536 hp), and i7 M70 (650 hp). It accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.5 to 5.3 seconds and offers up to 314 miles of range.

BMW X7 offers two engine options: the xDrive40i with a 3.0L turbo inline-six (375 hp) and the M60i with a 4.4L twin-turbo V8 (523 hp). It features all-wheel drive, an 8-speed automatic, and a 0-60 mph time of under 5 seconds (M60i).

BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase (LWB) features a 2.0L turbo engine (255 hp), 8-speed automatic, and rear-wheel drive. It offers a wheelbase of 3,105 mm and enhanced rear-seat legroom. The vehicle accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 6.1 seconds.

BMW M Series includes high-performance models like the M2 (453 hp), M4 (473-503 hp), and M5 (617 hp). These vehicles feature twin-turbo engines, manual or automatic transmissions, and rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, with 0-60 mph times from 3.1 to 4.1 seconds.

BMW MINI:

MINI Cooper S John Cooper Works (JCW) Pack features a 2.0L turbocharged engine producing 189 hp, reaching 0-100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. It includes sporty suspension, JCW design elements, and advanced tech like an 8.8-inch infotainment system. The car combines high performance with a sleek, compact design.

MINI Cooper S features a 2.0L turbo engine with 189 hp, reaching 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. It offers a sport-tuned suspension, advanced infotainment, and safety features. This compact car blends performance with style for an exciting drive.

All-Electric MINI Countryman offers 189 hp, a 64.7 kWh battery with up to 430 km of range, and fast charging. It features a spacious interior, advanced infotainment, and safety tech. This electric SUV combines MINI's signature style with eco-friendly performance.

 

Tata Motors Limited of Mumbai, an automobile manufacturer, showcased the Avinya X Concept, Harrier.ev, Sierra EV Concept, Punch CNG, and Punch.ev, alongside the bold Harrier and Safari Red Dark editions.

Tata Avinya X Concept is a futuristic electric vehicle with around 400 hp, 500-600 km range, and ultra-fast charging. It features a spacious, tech-forward interior, autonomous driving capabilities, and an aerodynamic design, highlighting Tata's vision for sustainable, high-performance mobility.

Tata Harrier.ev is an electric SUV with 250-300 hp, a 400-500 km range, and fast charging. It features a spacious interior, advanced infotainment, and modern safety tech. Combining rugged design with electric performance, it offers a sustainable, stylish driving experience.

Tata Sierra EV Concept is an all-electric SUV with 300-350 hp, a 400-500 km range, and fast charging. It features a modern, rugged design, a premium interior, and advanced driver assistance technologies, offering a futuristic and sustainable electric driving experience.

Tata Punch CNG features a 1.2L CNG engine with 73 hp and around 26-28 km/kg fuel efficiency. Tata Punch.ev with a 70-75 hp electric motor, offers a range of 250-300 km. Both models offer compact SUV styling, modern interiors, and advanced safety features.

Tata Harrier Red Dark and Tata Safari Red Dark Editions feature a 2.0L turbo diesel engine with 167 hp and 350 Nm torque. Both offer stylish interiors with leatherette upholstery, advanced infotainment, and safety features. The exterior boasts blacked-out elements and a bold red finish for a distinctive look.

JSW MG Motor of Haryana, a cars manufacturer, showcased the MG Majestor, Cyberster EV, Astor, MG M9, and MG 7 Trophy.

MG Majestor features a 1.5L turbo petrol engine with 160 hp, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, and premium leather upholstery. With sleek styling, advanced safety features, and a comfortable interior, it offers a blend of luxury and performance.

MG Cyberster EV is an all-electric sports car with up to 536 hp, a 500-600 km range, and fast charging. It features a sleek design, advanced tech, and impressive performance, including 0-100 km/h in under 3 seconds.

MG Astor is a compact SUV with 1.3L turbo (138 hp) and 1.5L (110 hp) engine options, featuring a 10.1-inch touchscreen, dual-zone climate control, and advanced safety tech like ADAS and a 360-degree camera. It combines modern design with premium features for a refined driving experience.

MG M9 is an all-electric luxury MPV with a 180-kW motor, 430 km range, and a 90-kWh battery. It features a spacious 6-7 seat configuration, premium leather upholstery, dual digital displays, and advanced safety tech.

MG 7 Trophy is a luxury sedan with a 2.0L turbocharged engine producing 261 hp and 405 Nm of torque. It features a 12.3-inch touchscreen, premium leather upholstery, and advanced safety tech, offering a blend of performance, comfort, and modern features.

MG iM 5 features a 50-kWh battery, 150 kW motor, and 710 km range. It offers a spacious interior with advanced safety features and tech. MG iM 6 slightly smaller than the iM 5, with dimensions of 4,904 mm in length, 1,988 mm in width, and 1,669 mm in height.

 

Vayve Mobility Private Limited of Pune, a car manufacturer, showcased the Eva, a solar-powered electric car.

Vayve Eva 1.0 is an electric hatchback with a 16-kW motor and up to 250 km of range, depending on the battery variant (9 kWh, 12.6 kWh, or 18 kWh). It features a 3-passenger capacity, a touchscreen infotainment system, and essential safety features like a driver airbag and rear parking sensors.

Vayve Eva 2.0 is an electric hatchback offering 9 kWh, 12.6 kWh, or 18 kWh battery options, providing up to 250 km of range. It features a 16-kW motor, premium fabric upholstery, and essential tech like a touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Vayve Eva 3.0 is an electric hatchback available in 9 kWh, 12.6 kWh, and 18 kWh battery options, offering up to 250 km of range. It features a 16-kW motor, touchscreen infotainment, and safety features like a driver airbag and rear parking sensors.

SKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Pvt. Ltd. of Pune, an automobile manufacturer, showcased the Skoda Kylaq, Kodiaq Superb, Octavia vRS, Kodiaq, Elroq, Vision 7S, and Kushaq.

Skoda Kylaq is a compact SUV, featuring a 1.0L turbo-petrol engine, up to 114 bhp, and a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. It offers a spacious 5-seater cabin, 446L boot space, and over 25 safety features, including six airbags.

Skoda Kodiaq is a spacious 7-seater SUV with powerful petrol and diesel engines, a 13-inch touchscreen, advanced safety features, and up to 2,035L boot space, making it a versatile family car.

Skoda Superb offers powerful petrol, diesel, and hybrid engines, a 13-inch touchscreen, advanced safety features, and a spacious, premium interior for ultimate comfort.

Skoda Octavia vRS is a sporty sedan with a 2.0L turbo-petrol engine, 265 PS power, a 7-speed DSG, and advanced tech, offering thrilling performance with everyday practicality.

Skoda Elroq is an electric SUV offering up to 282 bhp, a range of up to 360 miles, and a 13-inch touchscreen. It features a minimalist design and is built on Volkswagen's MEB platform.

Skoda Vision 7S Concept is an electric SUV concept with a 89 kWh battery offering a range of 373 miles, fast charging, and a sustainable, tech-forward interior. It seats seven and previews Škoda's future EV designs.

Skoda Kushaq is a compact SUV with 1.0L and 1.5L TSI petrol engines, offering up to 147 bhp, modern features like an 8-inch touchscreen, automatic climate control, and advanced safety features. It’s available in various trims for diverse needs.

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd of New Delhi, an automaker company, showcased the Brezza "Powerplay" concept, e-Vitara and new concepts for the Swift, Dzire, Fronx, Grand Vitara, Jimny, and Invicto.

Brezza "Powerplay" concept features an orange paint scheme, "Brezza" graphics, and includes an 8-inch touchscreen, HUD, 360-degree camera, and connected car tech. It’s powered by a 1.5L petrol or CNG engine with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed AT.

Maruti e-Vitara offers 49kWh (142bhp) and 61kWh (172bhp) battery options, with a 500km range. It has LED headlights, body cladding, a 10.1-inch infotainment system, Level 2 ADAS, and Harman Kardon audio, along with ventilated seats and seven airbags.

Maruti Swift Champions Concept features sporty enhancements like a front splitter, racing livery, and performance wheels. It’s powered by a 1.2L petrol engine with 81.58 PS, offering up to 25.75 km/l fuel efficiency, and comes with advanced tech and safety features.

Maruti Dzire Urban Luxe Edition features a 1.2L petrol engine with 81.58 bhp, offering up to 22.61 km/l fuel efficiency. It boasts luxury touches like two-tone alloy wheels, faux wood accents, a 9-inch touchscreen, and advanced safety features.

Maruti Fronx Turbo Concept features a 1.0L Turbo Boosterjet engine with 99 bhp and 147.6 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. It offers a sporty design, premium interior with a 9-inch touchscreen, and safety features like six airbags. Fuel efficiency is rated at 20.01 km/l.

Maruti Grand Vitara Adventure Concept features a 1.5L DualJet engine with 101.64 bhp, paired with a 6-speed automatic and AllGrip AWD system. It offers off-road enhancements like 210 mm ground clearance, military green paint, off-road tires, and a 9-inch touchscreen. Fuel efficiency is around 20.58 km/l.

Maruti Jimny Conqueror Concept features a 1.5L K15B engine with 102 bhp, paired with a 5-speed manual and AWD. It boasts off-road upgrades like a snorkel, winch, roof sandboards, and all-terrain tires. The rugged design includes matte finishes and bold decals.

Maruti Invicto Executive Concept features a 2.0L hybrid engine with 150.19 bhp, e-CVT automatic, and FWD. It offers premium features like captain seats, a 9-inch touchscreen, dual-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. Fuel efficiency is around 23.24 km/l.

Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at MSIL, said, “In terms of production volume of EVs, as an original equipment manufacturer, we are targeting to become number one EV manufacturer in India within one year.”

 

VinFast Auto Ltd of Gurugram, an electric car company, showcased the VF 3, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, VF 9 and VF e34 models.

VinFast VF 3 is a compact electric SUV with a 40 hp motor, 210 km range, and an 18.64 kWh battery. It accelerates from 0 to 50 km/h in 5.3 seconds, features a rear-wheel drive system, and offers a fast-charging time of 36 minutes from 10% to 70%. It seats 4 passengers.

VinFast VF 6 is an electric crossover with two motor options: 174 hp (Eco) and 201 hp (Plus). It offers a range of up to 248 miles, a 59.6 kWh battery, and front-wheel drive. The 12.9-inch touchscreen and advanced safety features, including Level 2 ADAS, enhance its appeal.

VinFast VF 7 offers two motor options: 201 hp (Eco) and 348 hp (Plus). It features a 75.3 kWh battery with a range of up to 450 km (Eco) and 336 km (Plus). With FWD (Eco) or AWD (Plus), it also includes a panoramic glass roof and advanced safety features like Level 2 ADAS.

VinFast VF 8 is an electric SUV with up to 402 hp and an 87.7 kWh battery, offering a range of 235-256 miles. It features all-wheel drive, fast charging, and a 15.6-inch touchscreen with advanced safety systems.

VinFast VF 9 is an all-electric SUV with 402 hp, an AWD system, and a 123-kWh battery. It offers up to 330 miles of range, fast charging, and seats 6-7 passengers. The SUV features a 15.6-inch touchscreen, 13-speaker audio, and advanced safety systems.

VinFast VF e34 is an electric compact SUV with 147 hp, a 41.9 kWh battery, and a range of up to 318 km. It features fast charging, a top speed of 130 km/h, and advanced safety systems. The SUV has a 5-passenger capacity and an 8-inch touchscreen.

Mr. Jitender Murhadhya, Creative Director at the event, said, “VinFast debut was truly remarkable, and it quickly became one of the most talked-about brands at the exhibition. The Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 served as the perfect venue for VinFast to introduce its diverse range of electric solutions. The exhibit featured the VF 3, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8 and VF 9 models.”

 

DC Design Pvt Ltd of Chennai, an automotive company, showcased the DC2 Mercury e-TANQ and modified Humvee.

DC2 Mercury e-TANQ is an electric off-road SUV with 650 bhp, a 180-kWh battery, and dual motors. It features a rugged design, large wheels, and a custom interior.

DC Humvee is a civilian-modified version of the AM General Humvee, powered by a 6.5L V8 turbocharged diesel engine with 190 hp. It features a 4-speed automatic transmission, 16 inches of ground clearance, and a top speed of 70 mph. The vehicle has a 4,400 lbs payload capacity and offers optional armor packages.

 

Kia India of Haryana, an automobile manufacturer, showcased the Syros, EV6 Facelift, EV9 and Carnival Hi-Limousine.

Kia Syros is a compact SUV, offers petrol and diesel engine options, with up to 118 bhp, and comes with features like ADAS, a 12.3” touchscreen, panoramic sunroof, and 6 airbags.

Kia EV6 Facelift features an 84-kWh battery, offering up to 361 miles of range. It delivers 225 hp, 350 Nm of torque, and accelerates from 0-62 mph in 7.7 seconds. The car also supports fast charging at a peak rate of 240 kW.

Kia EV9 is an all-electric SUV with options for rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, offering up to 379 horsepower. It features a 99.8 kWh battery with a range between 230 to 304 miles, a spacious 6-7 seat interior, and advanced safety features like lane-keep assist.

Kia Carnival Hi-Limousine is a luxury MPV with a choice of 3.5L V6 or 2.2L diesel engine, producing up to 290 PS. It features a 6-seater layout with captain seats, a 12.3” touchscreen, 12-speaker sound system, and advanced safety features like ADAS.

 

Porsche India of Mumbai, an automobile manufacturer and a division of SKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited, showcased the Porsche 911 GTS, 911 GT3 RS, Panamera GTS, Taycan Facelift

Porsche 911 GTS is powered by a 3.6L twin-turbo flat-six engine, delivering 532 hp and 449 lb-ft of torque. It accelerates from 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 194 mph. Available in RWD or AWD, it features an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS features a 4.0L naturally aspirated flat-six engine producing 518 hp and 343 lb-ft of torque. It accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds, with a top speed of 184 mph. The car weighs approximately 1,450 kg.

Porsche Panamera GTS features a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine producing 493 hp and 486 lb-ft of torque. It accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds, with a top speed of 186 mph. The car weighs 4,639 lbs.

Porsche Taycan Facelift offers improved performance with up to 938 hp in the Turbo S, accelerating from 0-60 mph in 2.4 seconds. It features a larger battery with a range of up to 630 km and supports ultra-fast charging, adding 315 km in 10 minutes.

Porsche Macan EV offers up to 630 hp in the Turbo variant, accelerating from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds. It features a 100-kWh battery with a range of up to 308 miles and supports ultra-fast charging, adding 315 miles of range in 10 minutes.

 

BYD India Private Limited of Tamil Nadu, an electric vehicle showcased the BYD Sealion 7, BYD Seal 05 DM-I and BYD Xia.

BYD Sealion 7 features a dual-motor AWD system with 530 hp, accelerating from 0-62 mph in 4.5 seconds. It has an 82.5 kWh battery, offering a range of up to 283 miles. The SUV supports DC fast charging and comes with a 15.6-inch touchscreen.

BYD Seal 05 DM-i features a 1.5-liter engine and electric motor delivering 197 hp, with an 18.3 kWh battery providing up to 100 km of electric range. It offers a combined range of 1,240 km and fuel efficiency of 3.9 L/100 km.

BYD Xia is a luxury seven-seater hybrid minivan with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and electric motor producing 156 hp. It offers a 36.6 kWh battery for up to 145 km of electric range and a combined range of 1,060 km.

Omega Seiki Mobility of New Delhi, an electric vehicle company showcased the upgraded All New 2025 Stream City, a next-generation electric passenger vehicle.

Omega Seiki 2025 Stream City is an electric three-wheeler with a 10-kW motor, 113 km range, and an 8.5 kWh battery. It has a GVW of 950 kg, seats 4 passengers, and features a 16% gradeability. With a 4-hour charging time, it offers drum brakes, regenerative braking, and a 3-year vehicle warranty. Its larger 12-inch wheels and TFT display enhance stability and driver information.

Mr. Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Pvt Ltd, said, “The M1KA 3.0 and the 2025 Stream City, we aim to redefine sustainable mobility for businesses and individuals, paving the way for a greener future.”

 

EKA Mobility of Pune, an electric vehicle manufacturer and a subsidiary of Pinnacle Industries Limited showcased EKA 6S and EKA 3S.

EKA 6S is an electric three-wheeler with a 12-kW motor, 50 km/h top speed, 140 km range, and a 15 kWh LFP battery. It supports AC/DC charging and offers a 21% gradeability. EKA 3S features a 10-kW motor, 60 km/h speed, 160 km range, and a 10.75-kWh battery, ideal for urban transport with a 21% gradeability. Both models provide efficient, zero-emission mobility.

Godawari Electric Motors Pvt. Ltd. of Chattisgarh, an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, showcased the Godawari Eblu Rozee ECO.

Godawari Eblu Rozee ECO is an electric three-wheeler with a 10.2 kWh lithium-ion battery, offering a top speed of 52 km/h and a range of up to 130 km. It features an 8-kW motor, drum brakes, and seating for 4 passengers.

Mr. Hyder Khan, Director and CEO of Godawari Electric Motors, said, “The unveiling of these three new products marks a significant milestone in our journey towards revolutionising electric mobility landscape. With features like regenerative braking, advanced battery management systems, and superior build quality, these vehicles represent the future of electric mobility in India.”

 

TVS Motor Company of Chennai, a two-wheelers manufacturer, showcased the King Electric Plus, an electric three-wheeler.

TVS King Electric Plus is an electric three-wheeler with a 11-kW motor, offering a top speed of 65 km/h and a range of up to 179 km. It features a 9.2 kWh battery, hydraulic drum brakes, and a seating capacity for 3 passengers.

Mr. Sudarshan Venu, Managing Director at TVS Motor Company, said, "We are excited to showcase concepts that have the potential to deliver impactful solutions and set new standards in personal and commercial mobility. Our exports already exceed USD 1 billion and account for 30% of our volumes. Khalsa Luka D6 and Luka XL both feature a 12.2 kWh lithium-ion battery offering a 172 km range and a top speed of 50 km/h. They charge in under five hours, with an operating cost of ₹0.50/km and include IoT-enabled GPS tracking.
