Salisbury, North Carolina - Power Curbers, Inc., a concrete slipform equipment company, has announced the acquisition of Miller Formless Systems, a McHenry, Illinois-based manufacturer of mid-sized slipform machines. The deal marks a strategic move to strengthen the company’s market leadership and broaden its paving solutions portfolio.
Miller Formless is known for producing reliable and easy-to-operate slipform machines used by contractors worldwide. Under the acquisition, Miller Formless will continue to operate under its established brand name while benefiting from enhanced resources and operational support through Power Curbers Companies, which also owns Power Curbers, Power Pavers, and Anvil American.
Mr. Stephen Bullock, President of Power Curbers Companies, said, “This acquisition represents more than just growth - it’s about uniting two businesses that share a deep commitment to quality and customer success. Miller Formless has been a trusted name for over five decades, and we are honored to carry that legacy forward while offering an even greater range of solutions to contractors. We are building a stronger, more innovative company with this acquisition. By combining our resources and expertise, we can deliver better service, more product choices, and long-term value for customers worldwide.”
