The foundational rack is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum, ensuring a lightweight, rust-resistant design. Featuring multi-channel extrusions, it allows easy accessory mounting with standard bolts and is engineered for forklift loadability, enhancing durability and versatility.
Ranger Design emphasizes the system’s scalability, allowing users to expand and customize their setup as needed. Available Trazer Truck Rack add-ons include a cab protector to safeguard the truck from shifting cargo, an over-the-cab extension to increase storage space and weight capacity for oversized loads, and additional crossbars for enhanced support of heavy payloads.
The Trazer system’s toolbox is designed for versatility and convenience, featuring a one-hand easy-lift latch for quick access and a 97-degree door opening to shield gear from the elements. With 42 inches of clearance between boxes, it easily accommodates standard pallets. Its smooth exterior panels provide a perfect surface for company branding, while an optional add-on shelf kit offers extra storage for smaller tools.
