Tel Avin, Israel- REE Automotive Ltd., an automotive technology company and provider of full by-wire electric trucks and platforms, announced that Mr. Carlton Rose has been appointed Chairman of its Board of Directors (Board), effective upon his re-election to the Board at REE’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for October 16, 2023 (AGM).
Mr. Daniel Barel, CEO and co-founder of REE Automotive said that, I would like to congratulate Carlton on his appointment as Chairman in such a critical time for REE as we get ready to start deliveries and services, ramp up manufacturing, and accelerate growth.
