Nebraska, USA - Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc., an irrigation systems manufacturer, has introduced E3, the first precision series of center pivot systems. This patented irrigation system ensures unmatched accuracy and efficient water management, providing tremendous value for growers across diverse field conditions. It's a game-changer in the industry.
Mr. Chris Roth, President of Reinke, said, “We are committed to giving growers the irrigation equipment they need to adapt to evolving operational and environmental demands. This is a monumental day for Reinke as our team has worked tirelessly to bring these groundbreaking technology advancements to market. Empowering the most efficient water usage possible, the introduction of the E3 system will ensure that Reinke continues to be the irrigation system brand that growers worldwide trust to improve yield potential while conserving valuable resources and reducing maintenance costs.”
E3 is the first precision series of spans and end booms, features uniform coupler spacing (in 30" and 60" intervals) to ensure consistent water application along the entire system, surpassing USDA CPED benchmarks. It offers new features for enhanced stability, reliability, precision, and efficiency across various terrains and conditions.
The E3 system features customizable configurations with precision spans ranging from 80’ to 220’ in 20’ increments, including the popular 175’ span, and precision inverted truss end booms from 10’ to 110’ in 10’ increments to ensure uniform outlet spacing. ReinLock, a new anti-racking truss system, provides superior strength, tighter tolerance, and consistent span crown to withstand challenging terrains and adverse conditions.
Reinke's exclusive V-ring seals on every pipe connection eliminate water flow reduction, ensuring precision watering. The unique single-leg tower design reduces crop loss during field movement, and maintenance-free bearings and durable materials prevent corrosion and eliminate the need for grease. Additionally, ESAC, a series of Electronic Swing Arm Corners, ensures full-field water application accuracy by irrigating corners effectively.
Mr. Russ Reinke, first Vice president of Reinke, said, “Reinke has been at the forefront of system innovations since my father, Richard, introduced the first Electrogator in 1968. E3 builds upon this same legacy of innovation. We will continue to innovate and define irrigation industry standards to provide the best irrigation systems for growers around the globe.”
