      Boulogne-Billancourt, France- Renault Group’s Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Duncan Minto as the interim Chief Executive Officer of Renault S.A., effective immediately. He will hold this position until a permanent CEO is named.

      Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group, Minto will oversee the company’s daily operations alongside Jean-Dominique Senard, who will act as Chairman of Renault s.a.s., the Group’s operational entity, during this interim phase.

      A veteran with Renault since 1997, Duncan Minto brings extensive financial expertise and a strong grasp of strategic and operational challenges. The Governance and Remuneration Committee is actively progressing in the selection process for a new CEO.

      He graduate of the University of St Andrews in Scotland, Minto began his career at Renault UK before moving to the Finance Department in France in 2001, where he handled investor relations. His roles have included Finance Director of Renault-Nissan Portugal (2006), Managing Director of Renault Ireland (2012), CFO of the Asia-Pacific region (2013), and VP Finance, Group Control Analysis (2017). He later served as CFO of Dacia (2022) and Alpine (2023) before becoming Group CFO in March 2025 and joining Renault’s Leadership Team.
