Renault Launches Enhanced 2025 Kiger and Triber

Chennai - Renault India Private Limited., a car manufacturer, has introduced major upgrades to the 2025 Kiger and Triber, enhancing accessibility and upgrading features across all variants. This move underscores the brand’s commitment to the Indian market through strategic pricing and improved offerings.

The standout addition to the lineup is the Kiger RXT(O) Turbo CVT, now serving as the entry-level option for automatic turbocharged vehicles in its segment. With strategic pricing, Renault aims to make turbocharged automatic driving more accessible and appealing to Indian consumers, offering a blend of performance, convenience, and affordability.

The 2025 updates bring enhanced safety across both models, with 17 safety features now standard on all variants. Additionally, all Renault models are now E-20 compliant, supporting India’s transition to sustainable fuel options. Both vehicles retain their competitive technical specifications, powered by a 999cc, 3-cylinder engine. The Kiger offers multiple powertrain choices, including the Energy MT and AMT variants producing 72 PS, alongside Turbo variants delivering 100 PS. Meanwhile, the Triber continues with its reliable 72 PS engine, reinforcing its strong market presence.

Mr. Venkatram M, Country CEO & Managing Director of Renault India, said, "India holds a significant place in Renault's global strategy. These updates reflect our commitment to providing smart, accessible mobility solutions tailored to Indian customers' evolving needs."

Renault has standardized key features across both model ranges. All variants now include power windows on all doors and remote central locking. The RXL and higher trims come equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with a rear-view camera.

Renault has upgraded its after-sales support with a standard 3-year/100,000 km warranty, extendable to 7 years with unlimited coverage. Reinforcing its commitment to India, the brand also launched its flagship new'R store in Ambattur, Chennai, debuting Renault's global retail concept.
