Las Vegas, United State- Rizon Truck a brand of Daimler Truck's newest electric vehicle brand expands its Class 4 to 5 lineup with the e18Mx and e18Lx models unveiled at the 2024 ACT Expo in Las Vegas. These models feature increased payload capacities and innovative designs suited for urban and local deliveries.

The e18Mx and e18Lx models now offer an upgraded payload capacity of 18,850 pounds, up from 17,995 pounds in current models. This enhancement reflects RIZON's commitment to providing fleet operators with more efficient zero-emission vehicles, reducing the number of trips needed for local deliveries.

RIZON's 2025 models feature an enhanced warranty: 8 years/120,000 miles for the powertrain and electrical equipment, and 8 years/185,000 miles for the high-voltage batteries.

Mr. Andreas Deuschle, the Global Head of RIZON Truck, said “We’re happy to bring RIZON back to the ACT Expo to mark the first anniversary of our brand’s debut.” “A lot has happened since then including customer handovers and RIZON’s entry into the Canadian market. Now we are ready to offer our Model Year 2025 trucks. By increasing the gross vehicle weight and updating the warranty, RIZON is taking an important step forward to provide customers with the best solutions for their businesses.”

RIZON's electric cabover trucks are perfect for urban and last-mile deliveries. They come with customizable body options, tight turning radius, and advanced safety features like collision avoidance. With up to 160 miles per charge and support for Level 2 AC and DC fast charging, they offer flexibility and efficiency in operations.
