Bengaluru -Royal Enfield., has launched its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6 (FF.C6), under its new Flying Flea brand. The model marks the company’s entry into electric motorcycling and is designed for urban use, focusing on agility, simplicity, and connected features. It will be available at the brand’s Jayanagar experience store, with bookings open and deliveries to begin soon.
The FF.C6 is inspired by the original Flying Flea motorcycles and combines classic styling with modern technology. The company highlights a strong integration of hardware and software to deliver a smooth and practical riding experience suited for daily city commuting.
The motorcycle weighs 124 kg and delivers a top speed of 115 km/h and 60 Nm of torque. It is powered by a 3.91 kWh lithium-ion battery, offering a balance of performance and efficiency. Key features include lean-angle ABS, traction control, and connected rider functions.
The FF.C6 supports multiple charging options, including Rapid, Standard, and Trickle charging through a standard wall outlet. It can charge from 20% to 80% in just over 60 minutes, with regenerative braking improving overall efficiency.
In terms of design, the motorcycle features a forged aluminium Girder fork, distinctive battery fin styling, and a round touchscreen display. It is offered in Flea Green and Storm Black, with options such as adjustable footpegs and a removable pillion setup.
