SANY Launches Intelligent Hybrid Pump Truck in China

SHANGHAI, China - SANY Heavy Industry Co. Ltd., a heavy equipment manufacturer, has launched what it calls the world’s first intelligent hybrid pump truck at a product event in China themed “Usher New Chapter with Intelligent-Electric Innovation.” The company also introduced several new intelligent-electric models, with nearly 600 industry participants attending and online viewership exceeding one million.

Mr. Yuan Yue, Chairman of SANY’s Concrete & Road Machinery BU, said, “The new lineup, including the hybrid pump truck, electric mixer truck and 33-meter pump truck, is designed to address customer concerns over energy costs and operating range.”

The intelligent hybrid pump truck combines a smart drivetrain with a range-extended hybrid system. SANY said the machine delivers a maximum tested range of 1,400.5 km and continuous pumping capacity of more than 650 cubic metres. The company added that the truck achieved 84 consecutive days of uninterrupted operation, pumped over 120,000 cubic metres in total, and maintained high-pressure pumping at 20 MPa.

SANY said the hybrid pump truck can reduce operating costs by 50% to 75% for daily workloads of 50 to 100 cubic metres, and by 30% to 50% for operations averaging 100 to 200 cubic metres per day.

SANY also unveiled its 2026 E-truck mixer, which features the EBI smart braking system with energy recovery of up to 30%, along with safety technologies such as lane departure warning, forward emergency braking and right-turn emergency braking. SANY said these systems can help reduce accident rates by 15% to 20%.

In addition, SANY launched the 206 E-truck mixer and the 33-meter pump truck for narrow jobsites and rural construction use. With these new products, the company continues to expand its intelligent-electric portfolio in line with low-carbon industry trends.
