Pune - SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a construction equipment manufacturer, has expanded its construction equipment portfolio with the launch of the SSR110C-10 PRO Vibratory Soil Compactor at its Pune plant. Weighing 11,200 kg, the new machine is engineered to support road construction and large-scale infrastructure projects across the country.
The SSR110C-10 PRO is powered by a 132 HP, 4-cylinder, water-cooled engine, designed to balance high performance with fuel efficiency. The machine offers a static linear load of 295 N/cm, making it cost-effective while delivering consistent results. Its dual frequency vibration technology enables operators to adapt to different soil types, enhancing compaction efficiency on diverse terrains.
Equipped with amplitudes of 1.8 mm and 0.9 mm, the compactor generates centrifugal forces of 264 kN and 165 kN, ensuring reliable and powerful soil compaction. The 2,134 mm-wide drum provides broader coverage, reducing the number of passes required. The machine can reach a top speed of 25 km/h and tackle slopes with a gradient of up to 36 percent, while its 240-liter fuel tank supports extended operating hours.
SANY India has emphasized operator convenience with features such as an optional compaction meter for real-time soil density monitoring and the MachineLink+ telematics system for tracking performance, health, and location. The operator cabin is fitted with a centralized touchscreen display and ergonomic controls, designed to minimize fatigue while maximizing precision and productivity.
