SANY Showcases Construction Equipment at Bauma 2025

Munich, Germany - SANY Group Co., Ltd., a construction machinery manufacturer, is set to present its latest innovations under the theme "The World of Efficiency – Your Partner to Create the Best." The showcase will highlight SANY’s commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions that empower industries and support customers in building a better, more productive future.

The SANY SCC2000A is a 200-ton electric crawler crane designed for heavy-duty lifting in industries like metro construction, refineries, and steel plants. It offers a maximum lifting moment of 1,152 ton-meters, a boom length up to 85 meters, and options for fixed or luffing jibs. Powered by a 242-kW engine, it features a self-erecting mechanism, high-speed winches, ergonomic operator cabin, and the SYIC-II Load Moment Indicator for real-time monitoring and diagnostics. While details on the SCC2000A-EV electric variant are limited, it is expected to retain the robust capabilities of its diesel counterpart.

The SANY STR50E is a 4.5-ton all-electric tandem roller equipped with electric drive and vibration systems. Powered by a 60 kWh CATL lithium-iron-phosphate battery, it delivers 4–6 hours of zero-emission operation with onboard charging and energy recuperation. It features an ergonomic operator platform with side-to-side swivel and dual electronic control levers for enhanced visibility and control. The STR50E follows SANY’s push for sustainable construction, alongside its electric excavator lineup.

The SANY SCM500E-10 is a Europe-ready, all-electric cold milling machine designed for efficient, emission-free roadwork. Powered by a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with an optional 134 kWh capacity, it delivers precise milling with uniform depth and reduced surface disruption. Key features include an advanced milling head, lateral material discharge, smart depth control, and a compact, maneuverable design suited for tight sites. Operator comfort is ensured with an ergonomic station and intuitive controls, and optional remote control and fine milling drums offer added versatility.

The SANY SY10U is a 1-ton micro excavator built for tight spaces and versatile tasks. With an operating weight of around 1,000 kg, it features a zero-tail swing design, a retractable undercarriage (0.98–1.35 m width), and a 10-kW diesel engine. It offers a 0.04 m³ bucket capacity, up to 1.7 m digging depth, and 3.1 m reach. Ideal for confined job sites, it supports multiple attachments for digging, breaking, and drilling, while its compact size ensures easy transport and low maintenance.

The SANY SY26C is a 2.7-ton Euro V-compliant short-tail mini excavator powered by a 14.6 kW Yanmar Stage V engine. Designed for tight job sites, it offers a 2,810 mm digging depth, 4,710 mm ground reach, and a compact 915 mm tail swing radius. Key features include load-sensing hydraulics, ergonomic controls, ROPS/FOPS-certified cab, and easy maintenance access. With a robust build and 5-year warranty, the SY26C is ideal for construction, landscaping, and utility work in confined spaces.

The SANY SY155U is a 16-ton short-tail hydraulic excavator built for performance in tight spaces. It’s powered by a 78.5 kW (105 HP) ISUZU engine and offers a 0.6 m³ bucket capacity, 5,468 mm max digging depth, and 8,338 mm reach at ground level. With a 1,500 mm tail swing radius and 2,590 mm width, it's highly maneuverable. The SY155U features a positive flow hydraulic system, load-sensing hydraulics, a comfortable ROPS/FOPS cab, and delivers both power and fuel efficiency for urban and confined job sites.

The SANY STH625E is a fully electric 6-meter telehandler with a 2,500 kg lifting capacity, ideal for indoor and tight-space operations. Powered by a 34-kWh lithium-ion battery, it offers up to 8 hours of emission-free runtime, with a 32-kW drive motor and a top speed of 20 km/h. Compact and maneuverable, it measures just 1,850 mm wide and under 2 meters high, with a 3,300 mm turning radius. Operator comfort is ensured with a 10-inch touchscreen, suspension seat, and climate controls, while safety features include ROPS/FOPS cab, reversing camera, and proximity sensors.

"Remote Control Over Thousands of Miles" showcases groundbreaking teleoperation technology, allowing operators in Munich to control unmanned mining excavators located in Huzhou, China. This demonstration sets a new distance record for SANY and highlights the future of remote, real-time construction management.

"Construction Simulation Game" offers an engaging hands-on experience with Construction Simulator 3, letting visitors virtually operate SANY machinery. This immersive setup blends gaming with real-world equipment controls, giving users a taste of what it’s like to manage construction tasks using SANY’s advanced machines.
